You may have missed it, but Jeep has a PHEV Wrangler 4xe, and two other models, Compass 4xe and Renegade 4xe, will be here soon as well.
According to Auto Blog, Jeep estimated that the 4xe would have a 25-mile electric range. However, after testing, the 4xe only has an EPA estimated 21-mile electric range. It may not be great, it's the same as my 2018 Outlander, but it's Wrangler, a heavy-duty off-road machine. 20 mpg, after the battery is depleted, is still good for this kind of vehicle.
The car is available here in the US and Europe.
