Nissan unveiled the new Ariya model, a milestone in the implementation of the Nissan NEXT transformation plan. As the first all-electric crossover coupé, Ariya opens a new chapter for the Nissan brand and embodies the company's vision of enriching people's lives.

The all-electric Nissan Ariya, which is the pinnacle of Nissan technology and design, debuted at the virtual event in Yokohama. This model is an important step in the transformation of Nissan, in which the company is to focus again on its key assets, including electrified vehicles and SUVs.

"We created Nissan Ariya as a response to the aspirations and practical needs of today's customers," said Nissan CEO Makoto Uchida. "Combining our strengths in the form of electric vehicles and crossovers, this is a showcase of the new era of Nissan's  design."
